I adore babies....I've said it more then once. Not that I want to have any more babies, but I sure do enjoy when they come see me at my studio. Mya is part of my Watch Me Grow Program. This is her third session. She's 9 mos. old and wow, is she cute! Grandchildren! I can hardly wait.

As a new year comes, so does the knowledge that it is still winter, and will be for a long time. Comfort food comes to mind.
Ken gave me this hand made bread pot for Christmas. I had spied it in an art gallery in the Old Market in Omaha.
I long for the warmth of a kitchen and the smells of fresh bread. This is banana bread. I can't wait to make another one. Maybe a yeast bread next.

How's this for a beautiful one year old.
My heart melts when I see toddlers. They are at such a happy age. The laugh easily, wear whatever you put on them, and will sit for about 5 whole minutes. I nearly asked to keep this baby. I did actually. Her mom said, "No"...... Imagine....

Ok,
I don't blog well. I got it. I don't do it very often but I have seen and read some amazing blogs and when I grow up, I'd like to be like them.
